Talking about what went wrong with school lunches and what to do about it
Some fun media with me….A public health professor believes New Zealand schools should run lunch programmes to reduce the consumption of processed and packaged food.
Listen to the interview (4 min and fun – tight here): Schools encouraged to run lunch programmes to promote healthy eating
So you don’t believe what they say in game changers, what the health, forks over knives and books like the China study? Nutrition by WFPBNO. 80% carbs 10% protein 10% fats? LDL under 2. Avoid foods with a nutritional label at the supermarket. Eat mountains of greens (I have them before the stuff that tastes better)
I think it’s such a great step to have hospitals serving WFPB and sends the right message to the public.
You are young (I’m 66) you have a platform to make heaps of money doing what is right, not what the public want to hear about their bad habits
